With the exciting release of Dynamics GP 18.7, Microsoft added even more default templates for emailing statements! The most requested template, the Multi-currency Blank form, is now available. But that’s not all – during their review, they decided to include additional templates to give you even more options.
When you navigate to the Sales area page, under Routines, and choose Statements, you’ll notice new options in the Form drop-down list. This enhancement means that when you set up your customers to receive emailed statements, the system will now generate an email regardless of the statement form type selected. Previously, emails could only be sent if the Blank Paper form was chosen.
This update is crucial for GP customers as it streamlines the process, offering greater flexibility and ensuring that your communications are more efficient and tailored to your needs. Enjoy the enhanced functionality and improved customer engagement with Dynamics GP 18.7!
NOTE: Due to the Report Writer format of the Multi-currency long form this report was not included as a template option.
