Let’s talk about Acumatica’s Always Current program.  What is it? It’s a program designed to give your business the ability to always have the latest version of Acumatica ERP. Meaning you will get all the new improvements and features without the hassle of tedious upgrades or complex migrations. Acumatica pushes these upgrades out to their SaaS customers with each new release, so you benefit from:

  • Predictable maintenance times
  • Streamlined support
  • Lower upgrade costs

Table: Always Current Upgrade Options

  •  Upgrades contain new features and are published twice per year. Customers on the Always Current Program must upgrade to the most recent version prior to their Scheduled Upgrade Date. Acumatica will automatically upgrade customers who have not upgraded by their Scheduled Upgrade Date.
  • Updates contain bug fixes and non-breaking changes and are published approximately every two weeks immediately after an Upgrade and then less frequently until the Upgrade reaches end-of life. Acumatica will automatically apply Updates on the customer’s Monthly Maintenance Date.

But what if you need more flexible upgrade timing? If your organization has customizations or would prefer to choose your own upgrade timeline, you can purchase the Acumatica Flex Program to replace the Always Current Program. With the Flex Program, you choose your own upgrade date prior to the end-of-life of your current version. Flex is available for Acumatica Prime and Enterprise ONLY.
