Streamline Scheduled Loan Payments in Microsoft Dynamics GP

The Loans Manager was designed specifically for Microsoft Dynamics GP users who need a solution to manage multiple AR transactions related to leasing or loan activities. Binary Stream’s Loans Manager is fully integrated to the existing “Scheduled Payments” functionality within the Receivables Management module to handle the most essential leasing and loan activities such as using the “Rule of 78” to calculate interest and collect taxes from clients, provide enhanced payment status reports, and streamline transaction posting. Typical customers of this solution include a variety of different business, including equipment rental companies, sports associations and many more.

Streamlined Transaction Posting

The Loans Manager features several enhanced processes to help streamline transaction processing for lease and loan management. By automatically posting AR documents, creating and posting cash receipts and then applying payments to these AR documents, organizations can save a significant amount of time, with an estimated time savings of two minutes per cash receipt.

Billing flexibility

With additional billing flexibility, the Loans Manager provides you with the ability to bill and calculate interest on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. This flexibility enables you to track your billings more accurately, and with greater bearing upon reality.

Fully Integrated, Dexterity based

Written in Dexterity, this solution is fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics GP’s Receivables Management module.
