$260.00 per System User. System Users refers to the number of users registered within Microsoft Dynamics GP System Manager, not the number of users who will use the product. "The toolbox incorporates a lot of the tools from Rockton Software, including Mentor, which will ask you to type in part of the name of a window and find it. It also has tools like cross-company closing so you can close and open more than one company's fiscal period at the same time. We recommend it for customers that have a lot of companies that are having problems monitoring everything. It also has the ability to do some security audits on screen. They have a bigger security product, but this one allows you to see who has access to specific windows. It also has a tool called the Inspector that tells you which tables are associated with certain windows. So if you're a customer that uses Smart List Builder or you're trying to create a lot of custom reports, it's a great way to find out what you need to do to get the report to work. There are a lot of things incorporated in Toolbox and the nice thing is it's just a flat rate per user and you get a lot of tools. And more tools are always added. So it's one of those things that once a customer buys it, they're in and then they're going to get more functionality whenever something new is added to the Toolbox."
