For companies who deal in meat or delicatessen products, this module provides dual tracking of items where the base unit of measure is a weight but the item is sold in a variety of sizes.
Consolidated Invoices
This module is designed to reduce administrative overheads by consolidating several customer deliveries into one invoice, and provide the customer with the level of consolidation and invoice format that they require.
Duty processing
Designed for use by drinks wholesalers, Duty Processing recognizes the difference between bonded and duty paid locations and manages the excise duty and cost implication of moving inventory between the types of site, and accrues duty liability.
Forward and Scheduled Orders
This module is designed for wholesalers who handle orders with either deliveries scheduled over time, or for delivery out into the future. It enables the quick and easy scheduling of orders, and ensures that current stock is not tied up but available for more immediate deliveries.
Inter Site transfers
For multi-site companies that require close control of inter-branch movements, this module provides complete integration, documentation and workflow for internal sales and purchase orders, together with monitoring and valuation of in transit stocks.
Retrospective Discounts
Designed to incentivize customers over a period of time, Sales Retrospective Discounts provide discount plans that encourage the customer to achieve a target discount related to individual or groups of products based on volume or turnover. Enquiries provide the wholesaler with a view of total liability against accrued retrospective discounts, together with summary and detailed views of customers in order to facilitate the analysis of true customer profitability.
Purchase retrospective discounts mirror the above functionality in relation to the wholesaler’s trading position with suppliers who offer similar discount plans.
Returns Management
Designed to speed up the handling of returns and improve operational control, this module ensures that only goods authorized for collection against a specified invoice (thus ensuring correct cost of sales and revenue adjustments) can be returned and credited.
Sales Pattern Analysis
Used in conjunction with sales transaction entry, Sales Pattern Analysis enables the user to quickly identify by product, any reduction in demand which may indicate that the customer is buying product elsewhere.
Trade Counter
For companies who handle on site cash sales, the Trade Counter module is fully integrated with Dynamics GP’s sales transaction entry. It utilizes a cash till, drawer, bar code scanner and customer POD display and allows the user to take orders and payment, and carry out end of day cashing up procedures.
Vehicle Load Planning
Vehicle Load Planning allows transport staff to organize deliveries quickly and easily based on known routes, product weights and vehicle capacities, ensuring optimal use of the vehicle fleet. In addition driver’s manifests and delivery notes can be produced by load.
